该仪器设计了正交耦合的磁控溅射和热蒸发两套束源,可制备包含金属团簇、有机分子团簇以及金属有机簇合物的超音速膨胀分子束及其低碎片质谱检测 [Rev. Sci. Instrum. 2016, 87, 024102],也可针对目标团簇进行气相软沉积再进行表面光谱分析。进一步地,通过引入连续可调的紫外可见激光进行激发,结合EMCCD进行激光诱导发光研究。

气相分子束荧光光谱可采集400-1100nm激发条件下的高分辨发光。条纹相机可同时采集不同波长下的发光动力学曲线和特定延时的时间分辨发光光谱和荧光寿命,光谱范围为200~850 nm,时间分辨率为20 ps,延时范围1000 ms。
