多离子层流反应管串联三重四极杆质谱及软沉积系统 (MIFT-TQMS-CSD)

本仪器针对各类型团簇离子,实现其富压层流反应和定性定量质谱检测,同时可实现特定质量的团簇软沉积,是连接气相化学与材料科学的重要手段,以期在金属防腐、新材料设计等方向的应用基础。
