DUV+IR TOFMS-VMI 属团簇结构化学与反应性研究

在国家重大科研装备深紫外(二期)项目支持下,团队设计研制了国际上第一台高灵敏度深紫外/红外离子化检测质谱光谱仪(DUV+IR TOFMS-VMI),建立了全固态深紫外DUV激光高效免碎片电离方法 [Rev. Sci. Instrum. 2019, 90, 073101],实现了反射式飞行时间质谱与团簇流动反应及其光电子速度成像的技术联用 [Int. J. Mass Spectrom. 2022, 482, 116932 ],能够同时测试物质元素组成与化学结构,探究团簇物种的反应活性。
